Board zither

Close inspection of this instrument is from Hungary shows that all wooden and metal parts were shaped by hand. The wooden head has the marks of the carving chisels and the steel tuning pegs have been filed into shape.

Like the other zither on this site, it has metal frets for playing different notes on some of the strings as well as drone strings without frets.
